Penny Black Bunny

Much too hot for me today and the whole state is under a total fire ban.
It is Regatta day and also Hobart cup day but for me
an inside by the cooler day.

This is the card that I have made for my niece.
We share our birthdays next month,
so you would expect me to remember her birthday
But I am always late.  Not this year.


Pastel person that I am I just love the colours.
Have taken them from the pictorial inspiration on House of Cards.
Didn't want to cover  the beautiful backing paper that is a 
really old one that I haven't wanted to cut up.
Still have one piece left.  Also cut out 1 rose for the inside.

    Oh, it is so hard to cover up beautiful paper like that, but you've done a good job letting enough of it peek through to be able to see it. Plus you've added that lovely rose to the inside. It is a sweet card!
