Lucky day

This has been my lucky day, I went shopping at Bunny Zoe's and found Nikki had 10% off for one day only.
So now I can't wait for my new Tilda's

Today I am following the sketch at Gem of a Challenge and the colours from
Magnolia-licious Red, Black and Pink.
This was not the easiest combination.

I kept the Black to the bare minimum as I don't really like the colour but it has it's uses for layering
Sorry for the Black background but used that to show the card off.
The DP was a scrap that I had left over and I think it is Bo Bunny.
I have just a few small pieces over and still have to come up with the inside of the card.
The doily I went over with the palest pinkTombow just to take off the harshness of the white.
The leaves were a Leonie Em punch and the flowers Prima
which I have sprayed with glimmer mist.

Picture quality not so good

Sorry about that but the light is not so good today a bit overcast.

You can see that I am no photographer.
Still press on regardless.

Would you believe I have had this stamp "All night media" one
for approx 10 years and never used it before.

It is so beautiful.
When I went through my stamps after Christmas I thought this is one for my copics.

The colours I have used may surprise you a bit.
V15 V01
YG63 G82
R00 R81
and V12 for the border
The Bazzill I used was Wisteria one of my all time favourites and Jubilee
and the DP was Kaiser from the fantasy range.
I followed the sketch in the Totally Gorjuss challenge
I am entering this in:
Papertake Weekly - Anything goes plus flowers if you like
Paper Play- Stamp It out

Had my eyes checked today after the laser treatment.
The right eye has improved but the left is still the same. However the haze behind the eyes is all gone.
Could have new glasses but as I only wear them for driving and close work
decided to wait till my next check up in 12 months.

Thank you for dropping in you are very welcome.

Thanks also for all the lovely comments they are most appreciated.

I am becoming very daring......

Posted by Picasa
Well I really am using colours that I would have been scared to in the past.

That Green Bling is really quite loud for me.
I had this lovely DP paper that had been sitting in my cupboard for too long
and the lovely Tilda already coloured and the 2 just seemed to go together.

I seldom put sentiments on my cards adding them when I need the card to use.

However Totally Stampalicious were asking for something other than HB etc
and this can be used for a friendly  RAK card.

I know a card like this right out of the blue can give one a lift.

Copics used:
Hair C3 C5 C7
Skin E00 E11 R20
Dress YG11 YG41
Peticoat Y21
Shoes C5 C7.
The DP was Kaiser
And the green Bling Bazzill
The cream was Timeless

I am entering this in
Totally stampalicious-For no particular reason

Thank you for dropping in you are most welcome.
Also thank you all for you comments.

Black and White

I have never made a wedding card like this before but decided
to try my hand when I heard that a lot of weddings
these days have bridesmaids in black.
Can't remember what the paper was that I used but it was rather lovely
says me who dislikes black.
I made all the roses out of shimmer paper yes even the very tiny ones at the bottom.
Two I edged with a pale yellow copic.

The card That I was going to post today took over from me and ended up
doing it's own thing.
Am I the only one that this happens to.
I am now tossing up whether to throw it in the bin or give it to someone I don't like.....
No I would never do that but there is always someone
out there who will like it and see nothing wrong with it.

Where ever you are I hope you are not too hot or too wet or too cold.

Thank you for dropping in you are very welcome.
