An easel card

It is ages since I  coloured up a Tilda and this card has been
waiting for so long to be finished.
In fact I didn't like what I had done to start with so popped it away
found it again recently and decided to start again.
It is ages too since I made an easel card as well.

Really went to town on this with dies and punches quite like the effect of the
quarter flower in the corner.
The DP is HOTP and Tilda is coloured all with E copics
though her arms look a bit pasty in the photo.
I have everything on this ribbon, twine, button, pearls
and the pebble in the big flower has writting in it.
Hard to see I know.

Am entering this in:

Stamptacular Sunday - Ribbon, twine, pearls, Die cuts and Punches.

Brown and cream

The small shopping centre across the road from us has its decorations
and Christmas tree up and they have started playing carol
so I am having to rush with my last few Christmas cards if I want them to arrive in time.

This dear little teddy has been sitting waiting for me to colour him in
and when I saw Cutie pie were asking for brown and cream
he jumped at the chance.

The DP was in my scap drawer and I found the scrap of grossgrain ribbon in my stash,
it was just long enough when I cut it into 4 to tuck under
To get the brown mount I drew around the outside of the die.
the snow flakes I cut out of glitter card, the larger ones look  bit like pinwheels
but I don't have a snowflake die or a Cricut
so have to make do with my punches.
I don't think the recipient  will mind.

Am entering this in:
Cutie pie - Brown and cream Christmas
Crafts and me - Non traditional Christmas
Make it monday - Anything goes Linky party

Thanks for dropping in you are most welcome.

Pastels

I just couldn't resist this challenge Pastels as I must be the original pastel person
and these dear little angels were just waiting in the wings to take it over.
I know the person who is going to get this as their Christmas card this year
and it's ok SIS I have already written in it.
Would you believe I forgot to write in the card that I sent her last year
lucky there was a letter in with it.

The DP I used was Bo Bunny and Pebbles that I bought on my trip up north,
as were the lovely
glass pebbles by Papermania
and that pretty ribbon.
The image and sentiment are both from LOTV.
I sponged the edges with Tumbled glass

Jingle Bell Rock

Well that is what I think they are singing anyway.
They are really throwing themselves into it are they not?

This is a much loved PB stamp from 1999.
Don't know where the DP came from small left over
but thought as it was green it would suit these field mice.
Have reverted back as usual to one of my favorite dies the mini scallop rectangle.
This one and the plain and mini scallop circle are the ones I use over and over
yet I have lots more, some unused, would you believe?
The snow on the log is Diamond glitter,
with a little bow and  a cute little bell to finish it off.

Am entering this in:
Penny Black and More - Any die will do.
Penny Black Saturday challenge - Cute Christmas.
Christmas stamping all year long - Anything goes.
Make it Monday - Anything goes linky party.
Sweet stamping -  Anything goes.

Glitter and glitz

I have been away up north to my favorite retail therapy shop.
The journey up and back down where done in brilliant sunshine
but it tipped it down all the time we were there.
30 mils of rain in about 12 hours.

I bought this lovely glittery paper in several shades
and the seam binding which I coloured with
DI Tumbled glass.
Have made a note to get some desposable gloves before I do that again.
What is the fun if you don't get dirty though!
Had to take the photo on a slight angle to avoid reflections
though his pompom looks rather pink and it isn't at all.

 Am entering this in:
Penny Black Saturday challenge - Cute Christmas
Penny Black and more - Any die will do

Whoopsy daisy - Christmas
