Using up those bits and pieces

After spending almost 2 days sorting out 2 big trays of off cuts
die cuts, punched borders etc etc......
I challenged myself to make these 4 cards that I needed for
birthdays in May without cutting into any new card.
I did dive into my sticker/peel off book where I am still using up
stickers that I have had for years.

Both the background paper and the floral is digi.

The borders are SW Striplet Rippled cut in half.

This border has laid around for years waiting for a home.
The stamp was a freebe that never stamped out well till
I got my stamp perfect and could double stamp.

This one used up lots of those tiny strips.
My tip though is to make sure you have plenty of length in the strip.

I am just in time to slip into the playground and catch up with all that is going on.

  2. Hi Margaret! Lovely cards and well done for sticking to those bits and pieces you'd sorted out. They're all really nice - and I know just what you mean about having a gadget to enable second stamping, aren't they brilliant!

So pleased to see you in the Playground, I've been thinking about you and hope all is going OK for you. No doubt there will be some sad days but it's always better if you keep busy - as I'm sure you know. Take care.

    Hugs
