Glitter and glitz



I have been away up north to my favorite retail therapy shop.
The journey up and back down where done in brilliant sunshine
but it tipped it down all the time we were there.
30 mils of rain in about 12 hours.


I bought this lovely glittery paper in several shades
and the seam binding which I coloured with
DI Tumbled glass.
Have made a note to get some desposable gloves before I do that again.
What is the fun if you don't get dirty though!
Had to take the photo on a slight angle to avoid reflections
though his pompom looks rather pink and it isn't at all.

    hi margaret. wow, the glitter on this card is just soo pretty and i love that snowman! thanks for the tip about using gloves to dye seam binding; i've not done that yet. thank you so much for playing along with our any die will do theme at penny black and more this month.

    We've had a good bit of that rain as well Margaret which doesn't mix very well with the overnight frosts.

    The snowman on your card is a very cheerful looking fellow and makes a really great Christmas card.

    Adorable card. Another cute image of a snowman. Just have to love it. I love love love the sparkly touch on the card, it really giver something extra to it.
