and Vanilla this is the challenge from 52CCCT.
This was so hard being such a pastel person myself.
I much admire people who can work with harder brighter colours.
The green, red and vanilla were OK but that brown.
I tell you there was much gnashing of teeth and pulling of hair going on
but here is the end result which I have to admit I don't mind at all which was a surprise.
Being as the paper is patterned and I also embossed the snowflakes
I kept the rest of the card very simple with just a LOTV greeting.

ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sorry that the brown caused you stress! I'm glad you persevered, though, because your card turned out very nicely! The embossed strip really brings out the red in that lovely holly patterned paper. I like the circular sentiment, too. Thanks so much for sharing your card with us at 52{C}CT!
