36 degrees yesterday and what did I do make a Christmas card.
Well you do don't you.
At least it was cooler indoor with the A/C on
I was trying repeat trying to tidy up my craft room and picked up
this piece of gloss card that I had embossed with
a Spellbinders Impressability ages ago.
While looking for something to go with it I found Tilda
already coloured and cut out must be at least 3 year ago.
I scrap of mauve card and a Downton Abbey die make a new card
Sharing this with;
Such good news my first Great Grand Daughter arrived safely.
She is such a tiny little girl but so so gorgeous.

Your craft room experience sounds much like what I've been doing around here. Mostly moving this to there, and really can't tell I've straightened up much (but I was working all afternoon!) So glad your granddaughter arrived happily and everyone is well. I know your family is just on cloud 9. I love your cleaning 'finds' and didn't each one go together so nicely to make this pretty & glimmering card. The softness of the pale lavender looks lovely with the gold embossed background. I love this particular oval die shape too. Have a great week. Happy New Year, TFS & Hugs. Cuddles to your new little angel too.

ReplyDeleteHi Margaret, I am really liking your Christmas card, crazy how it happens to be the first you make in the new year, but when bits are on hand sometimes they just fall into a card...I'm colouring working on my mojo slowly. Lucky you have AC to escape the heat, used to live in Victoria so I know it get hot... unlike here where it's the humidity that drains you.... lovely here today though, great breezes and sunshine (we need rain badly) and thanks so much for visiting my blog and you encouraging comments, enjoy your card making hugs Robyn
