Another beautiful day in paradise but you should have seen
the frost we had this morning.
Being near the beach we do not as a rule have many frosts
but this winter has been the exception.
However a frost does mean a sunny day even
if it will only be about 12 degrees.
Possibly 15 to 16 outside my front door.
Could not resist making another card with this sketch.
Using a coloured version of one of Beccy's snowmen.
Gave him some glittery snow to stand in.
You can just see that I have used
Gold Mirror card as a Matt.
The plaid digi paper I won in a challenge some
good long time ago and I just love it.
Cannot remember the name of the company
but know they have closed down now alas
as it really is lovely.
Am now going to share this with:
Thanks for dropping in.

Love your happy little snowman card Margaret our summer seems to have disappeared here in the U.K. It's more like Autumn

Lovely happy snowman! It is summer here and super duper foggy, which is a bit odd. Have a good day in the frosty weather!
ReplyDeleteThanks for entering your lovely crafting for CHNC challenge 344 and my Patterned Paper August challenge – you could also enter this into my CHNC challenge extra for August - I'd love to see it there too x

ReplyDeleteHi Margaret, a gorgeous card for your Christmas card stash, Beccy has some brilliant images on her site. We've had some heavy frosts that have given some plants a good dose of frost burn. Have a wonderful weekend... Megan
ReplyDeleteI definitely don't envy you the frost Margaret, it's cold enough here without adding any ice! Just one more month to get through before spring arrives again.
ReplyDeleteYour card is fabulous, and perfect for the frosty weather you're having. I love the glittery "snow" you used to stand him in, it adds lots of lovely sparkle and colour. The plaid paper you used is wonderful, it's a shame that it's no longer available for purchase. Great card!
Cheers,
Beccy
Oh that Snowman looks how you must feel, loving that look on his face. Great card.
